We may refuse or end service if these Terms are violated or as required by law. Notice may be provided where feasible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to conflict-of-law doctrines. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in South Dakota for disputes related to these Terms or our services.
We may update these Terms. Latest versions will be posted or provided upon request. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
